In some scenarios, you may wish to remove an existing user from your Harvo Workspace. This may happen when someone leaves the business, or no longer needs management access to Harvo.

To remove an existing user:

  • Login to Harvo.

  • Navigate to People.

  • Edit the person in question.
    ​

  • Toggle the Active checkbox.
    ​

  • Update the user.

It's important to note, making a user inactive will remove their Workspace access and all their notification preferences.
