During the application stage, it's likely you will receive an email from Tractor requiring you to verify your identity. You can follow the link provided in the email which will take you directly the verification page, for you to fill out the requested details.
Alternatively, if you have an account with Harvo, you can:
Login to Harvo.
Navigate to People
Select your user record
Select the Compliance tab
Click the Verify Now button.
